PROJECT:  09-057, Pueblo Fire Station #9 Replacement
MANDATORY
PRE-BID MEETING: July 14th, 2009, at 2:00PM

Bid Submittal Deadline:  July 28, 2009

In general, this project will consist of the construction of a 6,905 square foot fire station and associated site construction including, but not limited to utilities, paving and landscaping as specified in the plans and the specifications.

Contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Director of Public Works at 211 East "D" Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003 (719) 553-2295 – voice / 553-2294 – fax, at a NON REFUNDABLE cost of $150.00.

PROJECT:  09-058, FY2009 WRF Grease Skimmer Tank
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: July 8, 2009, at 1:30 PM 
                        James D’Iorio Water Reclamation Facility, 1300 S. Queens Ave, Pueblo, CO
Submittal Deadline:  July 15, 2009 10:00:00 am (local time)

In general, this project will consist of the construction of a Grease Skimmer for the James D’Iorio Water Reclamation Facility as specified in the plans and the specifications.

Contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Wastewater Director at 211 East D Street, Pueblo, Colorado, at a NON REFUNDABLE cost of $20.00.

Project:  09-059, Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor with XRF Inspection Services
Submittal Deadline:  July 2, 2009 at 11:00:00 AM (MT)

The City of Pueblo is soliciting qualification-based proposals to provide professional lead-based paint XRF inspection and sampling services in single-family and multi-family dwellings within the City of Pueblo.

The City anticipates receiving direct or indirect federal funding under the “Neighborhood Stabilization Program” (NSP) authorized by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (P.L 110-289).  The purpose of the NSP is the stabilization of neighborhoods through the purchase, rehabilitation and disposition of foreclosed or abandoned and blighted properties, and purchase of vacant urban land for re-use or redevelopment. 

At a minimum, XRF inspection services, lead wipe sampling, and soil samples are requested.  Additionally, on an a la carte basis, project risk assessments, lead hazard screening, paint stabilization plans, and clearance sampling may be requested.


Project:  09-060, RFP for Asbestos, Mold, and Methamphetamine Inspection and Abatement Management Services
Submittal Deadline:  July 2, 2009 at 11:30:00 AM (MT)

The City of Pueblo is soliciting qualification-based proposals to provide professional asbestos testing and monitoring services in single-family and multi-family dwellings within the City of Pueblo. 

The inspectors, project designers, and hygienists awarded under this contract must be experienced in asbestos, mold, and methamphetamine inspection, sampling, abatement design, and project monitoring and possess all current and required State of Colorado certifications and licenses.

PROJECT 09-063, HISTORIC ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR EAST SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD SELECTIVE PROPERTY INVENTORY

The City of Pueblo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide architectural services for the inventory of forty-three (43) historic buildings and related preservation planning recommendations in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Qualifications.
