Project:     08-065, FY 2008 Fixed Base Operator (FBO)/Commercial Service Operator
Proposal Submittal Deadline:      Extended  to December 30, 2008 at 2:00:00 PM

The City of Pueblo is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Fixed Base Operators or other aviation Commercial Service Operators to lease, manage, operate, maintain and promote aviation commercial operations from an established facility located at the Pueblo Memorial Airport.

The City of Pueblo owns and operates a municipal airport, which is open to the public and is located on the premises known as Pueblo Memorial Airport, 31201 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, Colorado 81001. There is an established facility located at the airport that was formerly a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and is now available for lease. The City desires to engage an Operator who is qualified and capable of managing, promoting, maintaining and operating the facility as an FBO or other aviation commercial service operation.  The selected Operator will have the right to lease certain real property and use the leased premises for the purpose of operating the proposed business.

Project:    08-104,  Disposal Sale of Surplus Vehicles and Miscellaneous Equipment
Bid Submittal Deadline:      December 2, 2008 1:00:00 PM (MT)

The City offers for sale to the highest bidder used vehicles, digital cameras and  miscellaneous equipment determined to be surplus to the needs of the City.

All surplus vehicles and equipment contained in this bid will be sold on a “where is” and “as is” basis.  Upon acceptance by the City of any bid, such bid shall be binding upon the bidder and the sale thereupon be final.  Sales tax will be charged on all items.  Successful bidder must deposit cash or cashier’s check in the amount of his bid within five (5) days after the award by the Director of Purchasing.  Immediate pick-up and possession can be made when payment is made.


 Project:    08-112,   Disposal Sale of Surplus Printer and Copier
Bid Submittal Deadline:      December 9, 2008 1:00:00 PM (MT)

The City offers for sale to the highest bidder the following listed used equipment determined to be surplus to the needs of the City.  No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted.  Any bids received after the time and date listed above will be returned.

All surplus equipment contained in this bid will be sold on a “where is” and “as is” basis.  Upon acceptance by the City of any bid, such bid shall be binding upon the bidder and the sale thereupon is final.  Successful bidder must deposit cash or cashier’s check in the amount of his bid within five (5) days after the award by the Director of Purchasing.  Immediate pick-up and possession can be made when payment is made to the City Finance Office.
